Loveleen Rihel Brenna is the Founder and CEO of SEEMA – Center for Diversity Management. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Oslo.

Her mission is to help individuals, organizations, and societies see their own and others’ differences as strengths.

For 28 years, Loveleen has been at the forefront of creating a more equitable society. She developed the world’s first standard to systemize and standardize diversity and gender equality management as a tool for value creation in organizations. This standard follows ISO (The International Organization for Standardization).

Loveleen is an essential voice for gender equality and diversity and has been involved on numerous committees in Norway. She has chaired the National Parents’ Committee for Basic Education, the Women’s Panel for the Ministry of Children, Gender Equality and Inclusion, and the Brenna Committee for the Ministry of Education.
